OWASA bid documents and specifications are available to prospective bidders or vendors at one or more of the following locations: the OWASA office at 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro, NC (regular business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday); at the location specified in the bid document comments; from the contact person listed in the bid document; or from one of the other individuals listed below.

Per N.C. General Statute 87-15, prospective bidders on OWASA construction contracts must be properly licensed in the State of North Carolina. OWASA or its delegates reserve the right to reject any or all proposals.
