OWASA will begin work to replace 3 miles of water main and 1,500 feet of sewer main in the Ridgefield-Briarcliff neighborhood beginning in spring 2025. The water main and sewer main replacement project is expected to take approximately 9 months.

Expected impacts to neighborhood customers:

  • Noise during working hours ( 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday)
  • Dust
  • Reduced lanes of traffic
  • Brief (less than two hours) water service disruption when connecting customers to the new line at end of project

For more information on this project, please contact project manager Darren Berger at dberger@owasa.org org.
