Capital Improvements Program

Investing in water and wastewater infrastructure is investing in the community. Nearly 50% of customer rates fund the projects we undertake to improve infrastructure, and each year, we invest $15 to $60 million in capital improvements to increase OWASA’s system resiliency — upgrading pipes, pumps, equipment and much more. These projects form the basis of our five-year Capital Improvements Program.
