OWASA will begin work to replace 3 miles of water main and 1,500 feet of sewer main in the Ridgefield-Briarcliff neighborhood beginning in spring 2025. The water main and sewer main replacement project is expected to take approximately 24 months.
Expected impacts to neighborhood customers:
- Noise during working hours ( 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday)
- Dust
- Reduced lanes of traffic
- Brief (less than two hours) water service disruption when connecting customers to the new line at end of project
