Our offices are closed for the Thanksgiving holidays.
Contacting OWASA for assistance when offices are closed
When our offices are closed, personnel are on call to respond to service interruptions, leaks in OWASA pipes, wastewater overflows, etc.
Customers are welcome to call us at 919-968-4421 at any time. OWASA personnel at the Jones Ferry Road Water Treatment Plant are on duty at all times and they receive calls to OWASA after normal business hours.
Account information and payment options
You may get account information or make on-line bill payments at any time through Manage My Account. We accept VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover®.
You may also get information about your account balance, payment due date, etc. by calling our 24-hour Customer Service line, 919-537-4343. It is necessary to use the 14-digit account number from your OWASA bill to get information through this line.
You may also leave bill payments in the box at the driveway in front of the OWASA Administration Building. The Administration Building at 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro is near Barnes Street and just west of the Jones Ferry Road Water Treatment Plant. Please include your account number on the check.
